Design and project management

The Weinbeck Group represents the owner through the entire renovation process. Our goal is to manage your project as effectively as possible to save time, money and reduce the complexity for a successful project.

We meet with clients and their contractors to design the perfect plans for your environment. We then create detailed drawings and finish schedules that will highlight and enliven a space. On our project management side, we represent the owner throughout  the entire construction process. We work with the Architect, contractors, the  building  management the NYC DOB for approvals for  residential, hospitality and corporate renovations.

The Weinbeck Group has developed relationships with fantastic NYC Contractors,  Lighting and plumbing suppliers, A/V installers, Architects and Engineers.
